August Let: Sunny Central Flat Beside Meadows

Hello! Since I'm out of Edinburgh this August, I'd love to give someone the opportunity of enjoying Edinburgh from my ideally-located flat during this exciting time. It is peaceful though central, a stone's throw from the Meadows, 5 minutes' walk from Holyrood Park, and a mere 15 minutes from Waverley Station and Princes Street.

Being south-facing it's bright and warm even when the sun decides not to shine so I hope you find it a cosy base for your adventures!

You will have exclusive access to the entire third-floor flat, containing a kitchen and living room, and a bathroom (with a bath). There's also a garden which is shared among all in the staircase (and their cats).

The rent is £110 per night including all bills. Bedding, towels, and basic amenities (e. g. hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee) is provided.
