Double room in Shared Flat (Newington)

Hello! I would like to find a sociable and respectful professional to take the place of my current housemate who is moving.

The room is a good sized double room with a king bed and lots of natural light. The flat is in a traditional Edinburgh tenement building on the first floor, and is quite centrally located (10min walk to the Royal Mile, 15 min walk to Waverley Station). We have a lovely living and dining area and a spare room with a raised double bed for any guests you would like to have stay over. The council tax band is D, and energy bills are not included. Parking is zone 3 permit street parking.

You would be sharing with just me, a 31 year old female cancer researcher. Outside of work, I like travelling and the theatre. I'm love reading, but genuinely just spend a lot of my time on the couch watching Netflix.

What I'm looking for in a flatmate is someone friendly who likes to spend some time together in the evenings but is equally happy to have their own space.
