There is a shared living room/kitchen area which has a microwave, washing machine and cooker etc, it south facing and gets lovely sun in the morning. The warm bathroom has lovely shower and bath with on demand hot water.
The toilet and bathroom are separate.

Sharing with myself the flat owner, I am a musician / composer and work from home and a writer.
The flat is quite a peaceful place and not rock and roll.
