Room to rent available in the heart of Newington

I'm Mateo, a 3rd year student from Spain currently at the University of Edinburgh and I'm moving out on April back to my parents house (they live here as well) to fully concentrate on my last year of uni.

I'm leaving behind 4 lovely flatmates, and friends, all of whom are easy-going, respectful and clean. They are all native english speakers with a good mix of North-American and British. Amongst their hobbies are fitness, including sports (eg. football, rock climbing, ice-hockey, hockey) gym, and outdoor activities (eg. hiking), socialising (eg. pub, going out) and video games (eg. super smash bros).

The apartment is located in the middle of Newington, short walking distance to The Meadows, Arthurs Seat, Pleasance Sports Complex & Gym and the Library. The council tax band for the flat is E.
