Room available in student accommodation

I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy in 8 Roxburgh Place. It is a student accommodation with absolutely stunning location. The bedroom is a generous size with 3 large windows that let in plenty of daylight. The bathroom is shared between 3 people, and is an accessible bathroom. There is a kitchen and common room for the floor, both shared between 10 people. The property managers are lovely and very quick to respond to problems (they also get plenty of freebies for events across the year). The rent is £660pm and includes all bills and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is no deposit but you will need a UK-based guarantor. I am looking for someone to take over my room from late April but can be slightly flexible (mid-April to mid-May).
