We are looking for 1 female flatmat to fill our 1 available bedroom from June in our Newington flat - both 555pcm (subject to rent increase)
Bills not included but come to around 50 a month (for gas, electricity and wifi)
Great area - right next to the meadows and loads of bus routes from Newington Road/Bernard Terrace.
We are 4 20-year-old girls, all University students (one at Heriot-Watt, three at the University of Edinburgh) so looking for other students for council tax reasons.
We are a sociable flat and enjoy spending time together! We enjoy a night in and the occasional night out, and are always done for a movie night, or going to the pub. We are looking for people who are respectful and tidy.
