Double Room in Newington Flat

Hi! We're looking for a young professional to join us in our Newington flat from the 11th of November (possibly a couple of weeks earlier). It's a double room in a flat with a large living room and kitchen in a great location 5 mins walk from shops like Tesco and Lidl and 2 mins from the Meadows. The room comes furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and armchair.

We are two guys, both young professionals. We're looking for someone at a similar stage of life and who would fit in well in a calm flat. We enjoy the outdoors, climbing, running, board games and cooking. We're a pretty quiet household, occasionally hanging out to watch a film or go to a pub, and also having days where we chill by ourselves in our rooms. We're also quite tidy so looking for somebody similar :))

The room is currently £575 per month, not including bills and council tax and the move in date is the 11th of November, but possibly a couple of weeks before depending on when our current flatmate moves out. If you're interested tell us a bit about yourself!
