Hello all! Our dear flatmate is moving for work so we are looking for someone between 24-29 years old, to move into our charming flat in Newington come late September! (Please note: a UK based Guarantor is needed)

Move in date: 28th of September
Rent: £550pcm
Monthly Bills: ~£125 (including Band E Council Tax)
Furnished: double bed, wardrobe, and drawers

Our flat is conveniently located directly next to a bus stop, across the street from a Sainsbury's, a block away from The Meadows, and about a ~20 minute walk from the city center!

We are a mixed flat of creatives in our mid to late 20s ideally looking for someone who is also working or a final year/postgraduate student willing to pay council tax.

The flat is a 4 bed/1 bath with a shared living room, in-unit washer, and access to a communal garden. The available room itself is a cosy, east-facing double with wonderful natural lighting.

As aforementioned, the room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers--please see photos 1 & 2 for a better idea of the room!

As a flat, we are collectively easygoing, considerate, and sociable individuals who are partial to alone time but also greatly value each others company and enjoy hanging out together! We like keeping shared common spaces tidy and are looking for someone willing to contribute to household chores that we complete on a weekly rota. Most importantly, we are socially conscious individuals who would greatly prefer to live with someone like-minded; LGBTQ+ & neurodivergent friendly!
