My flatmate is moving out, so a furnished double room is available in a top floor flat in Newington with a great view of Arthur's seat.

Close to the meadows, Holyrood Park, supermarkets, with good bus connections right outside.

Looking for professionals or postgrad students (willing to pay council tax).

I'm clean and tidy, but generally relaxed about things. Looking for person who is happy to share and cook together, enjoys hanging out, watching football or playing games, hosting movie nights/board games.
