Large Double Room available

This is a large double room in a 4 bed flat. The flat has an additional room that is used as a living room although it is the smallest of the bedrooms (your future bedroom is the living room of the flat I currently have a couch and TV and it’s very spacious). There is also a small communal study (pictured). This flat would suit a mature or masters student. There would be a preference for a respectable and clean flatmate. The landlord is a really lovely private landlord who is very understanding and great with repairs etc! Rent is paid every 4 weeks and is £670.

The move in date will be the 29th of July. This is strict and I am finding my replacement and need it to align with my dates.

We have a meter that we top up and I would say gas, electric and wifi works out to be £30 a month each in the summer and about £50 in the winter.

I have had a lot of enquiries so want to state that non students or males will not be considered.
