Our flat is literally opposite the Psychology building and a 1 minute walk from Bristo square, George Square, the library, and Nicholson Street. It is a corner flat with huge windows on every side so gets sun at all times.

My name is Chloe, I've lived here for 5 years with my brother. We're both moving out and our little sister is moving in and we're looking for a flatmate for her. She'll be a 1st year Psych student.

Living room, hallway, and bathroom are freshly painted. Kitchen and bedrooms will be professionally painted before new flatmate moves in. Brand new Samsung washing machine and brand new bathroom ceiling.

Lidl, Sainsbury's, Tesco, RBS, and countless restaurants/bars/cafes/clubs are withing a 1 block radius.

Bills including electricity, gas, and WiFi are usually £74 each pm. Flat has gas central heating in every room. Flat has working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

The room comes furnished with cupboard, bookshelf, King size bed, bedside table, and standing mirror. All bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen have linoleum flooring. Living room, kitchen and bathroom will be furnished as in the photos. The advertised bedroom will be empty apart from the aforementioned furniture and freshly painted.

Front door has a peephole and a Yale lock. The building door lock was recently replaced.
