2 rooms available in student accommodation

Hello! I’m looking for 2 students to take over two lovely rooms in 8 Roxburgh student accommodation from 5 October 2024 - 31 August 2025, although an earlier move-in date can be discussed. It’s absolutely great location, 1 minute from Pleasance, 5-10 minutes from George Square campus and 3 mins from Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s and Surgeon’s Hall bus station. The rooms are on the ground floor and second floor respectively, are super spacious (with 2 or 3 large windows so there’s plenty of daylight); there’s 4 bathrooms on each floor (including 1 accessible bathroom), along with a kitchen and common room shared between 10-12 residents for each floor. The rent is £810 (ground floor) or £840 (second floor) including bills (can turn the heating as high as you like) and flawless high-speed wi-fi. We’ve also got lovely property managers who get things fixed super quickly and get us freebies every so often! Looking for 2 full-time students (undergrad or postgrad) to take over the contracts from 5th October (sooner move-in date can be discussed). Message if interested :))
