Double room available in student accommodation

Hello! I’m looking for a student to take over my lovely room in 8 Roxburgh private student accommodation ASAP. It’s absolutely great location, 1 minute from Pleasance, 5-10 minutes from George Square campus and 3 mins from Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s and Surgeon’s Hall bus station. The room is on the ground floor and is super spacious (with 3 large windows so there’s plenty of daylight); there’s a large accessible bathroom shared between three people, along with a kitchen and common room for the floor. The rent is £768 per month including bills (can turn the heating as high as you like) and flawless high-speed wi-fi. We’ve also got lovely property managers who get things fixed super quickly and get us freebies ever so often! Looking for a student to take over my contract immediately, with the contract ending on 30th August 2025.
