Room available from the 1st of October:

Location:
Room in 5 bed flat in Newington. 20 minutes walk from Princes Street and Waverley.

Rent and bills:
The room is £575 w/o bills, and bills come up to about £40 per person. Council tax is band E but the house is a mix of students and young professionals so there is a reduction. S

Current flatmates:
You’d be living with 4 people around 22-24, who are all easy-going, mostly queer and are really sociable and welcoming.

What we’re looking for:
Someone who likes to hang out and wants to be friends as well as flat mates, but is also respectful of boundaries and privacy. Sometimes the flat likes to host parties so looking for someone who is up for that. Can take students or professionals and someone who is early/mid twenties.
