I’m soon to have a room available on a ground floor apartment within 5 minutes walking distance of both George Square, Arthur Seat and the meadows. There is an additional box room which can be used as a study, or storage space if desired.

I’m a pretty easy-going quiet flatmate studying a wildlife conservation Masters - happy to be social with movies, activities, and cook the occasional meal, but also appreciate the mutual need for personal time and space. I’d like to share with someone who helps keep the place reasonably clean.

Please note as i’m with an agency they require you to provide a UK based guarantor who earns 36x the monthly rent advertised.
