Cozy Room in big flat in Newington next to Meadows

Hello everyone! My name is Isabel and I will be moving out of my lovely flat in Edinburgh to pursue a job opportunity in Berlin, which would leave you with my flatmates Florence (25f), Will (25m), and Matilda (27f).

Florence and Will are from NZ and Matilda is from Australia, all social beings who also enjoy some alone time. We like to chill in the living room and go out from time to time (all professionals though, so tired from life haha). Our flat is quite spacious with a big kitchen to cook in, storage spaces, spacious living room to host dinners and even a big shared garden with chickens, ducks and a pond (our neighbours care for them though). We want to find someone who will fit right in with the wholesome vibe, respect and open communication and doesn't just search for a flat to sleep in. :)

Flat is 2min walk from the meadows which is super nice, supermarkets, bustop and everything you could possibly need right outside the door.

The room comes with a closet, desk (the long desk as seen on the picture will not be in the room anymore though!), and the bed. The living room does not always have the long table, only for birthday parties or dinners ;) Other than that, the bathroom got a little upgrade that isn't shown, we have a large hallway, extra boxroom for storage.... you'll see when you're viewing the flat.
