Huge, spacious room for rent in Newington!

Very large room to rent in a lovely central area of Newington. There are many, many shops in the area including: sirocco, TWO tesco’s and sainsbury’s, lidl and even some unique restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk! How much more convenient could it get?

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate, as the other two share the second one. The kitchen is shared by all the flatmates with amenities such as a washing machine and TWO fridges (we even have a spare box room which is used as a laundry room!). Rent and bills come up to around £700 (Rent - 575, Bills - between 30-60, depending on the season, Council Tax - around 60). Deposit is £500. Move in date would be December 1st, although we will be holding viewings much earlier to make the process easier for everyone.

NOTE: we are looking for someone who is planning to stay long term.
Preferably a professional, since we pay council tax.
