Room to rent Central Edinburgh for quiet flatmate

My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for a tidy, friendly and relatively quiet flatmate to take over the lovely and spacious spare double bedroom in a two-bed flat in central Edinburgh (Buccleuch Street).

My name is Aleksandra, and I am a 20 yo female student studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh. I enjoy swimming, cycling and running along with reading in my spare time, so I will often be out of the flat during the day, and prefer to have quiet nights to get some sleep.

The flat is excellently located right next to the central campus, is only a few minutes' walk away from local shops such as Lidl and Tesco on Nicholson Street, and has excellent bus connections.

Looking for another student to take the room, for council tax reasons.

Wifi is included in the rent, but energy and gas not included.
