Student en-suite accommodation lease transfer

I am finding someone to take over my room in O'Shea North Residence Hall. The room is en-suite, on the first floor with a big window facing the garden. Central location near Uni and 3 min to Uni gym. Shared kitchen space and common room downstairs.

All bills included, no council tax.

Must be a fully matriculated student at the University of Edinburgh.

Start from Dec 1 or possibly earlier or later. The current contract is until the end of Aug 2025 but can be renewed every year as long as you are student.
