Large Double Room in Flatshare

We are a female couple looking for another couple to fill a large double room in our spacious flat in Newington.
The room includes your own bathroom and the flat has an additional 2 unused bedrooms and lots of storage space (as the landlord doesn’t have an HMO).
The flat is on the first floor with a main bus stop right outside, Sainsbury’s directly opposite and Tesco and LIDL are a 5 minute walk.
The flat is very warm, furnished and includes pretty much everything kitchen wise.

Myself and my partner work full time at a hair salon. We enjoy going for a pint at the local bars, cooking, crafts or going out to drag shows or music events.
We are tidy and respectful.
