Large Double Room in Flatshare

Hi Everyone,

My girlfriend and I are looking for another couple to take over our previous roommates room. It’s a well-lit, large (honestly huge) double bedroom with lots of storage space on South clerk street/Newington.
The room has a vanity, chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a small storage cupboard, desk and two chairs. Two large double windows, with good shutters.
The flat is on the first floor, right next to a well connected bus stop and a minutes walk to sainsbury and a five minute walk to Lidl and Tesco. The meadows is also a three minute walk away.

The room includes your own bathroom and the flat has an additional 2 unused bedrooms and lots of storage space (as the landlord doesn’t have an HMO).
The flat is really spacious with a big living room and a big kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, air fryer, gas stove, toaster, microwave and a big fridge. There’s also tons of cutlery, plates bowls, pans etc. the flat comes with a washing machine and iron but sadly no dryer.
The rent is 925 pounds per couple (1850) so 462 per person and bills come to roughly 120 per person (including wifi, council tax, electricity and gas).

Myself and my partner (31F, 32F) work full time at a hair salon. We enjoy going for a pint at the local bars, cooking, crafts or going out to drag shows or music events. We are tidy and respectful.

We’re looking for someone who is laidback but also clean and tidy. We are also open to single person taking the room but the rent remains the same 925.
