We have a large room available in our tenement flat in Newington. The apartment is on the second floor and the available room is at the back of the tenement overlooking the garden and is therefore very quiet. The room comes with its own ensuite including a bath. Large south-facing living room and kitchen make this a very pleasant space.
The room is furnished with a four-poster bed, a wardrobe and a chair. A washing machine is available.

We are both professionals (She Greek, he Dutch) and are away for work the vast majority of the time - as such it is best suited to someone who is happy with their own company. We would consider a couple for an increased rent of £1000pcm. Council tax and broadband included, but there will be a share of the gas/electricity.

No parties, no pets and no smokers please.
