I’m looking for someone to rent my room in a lovely two-bedroom flat while I’m away on my study year abroad (Summer 2025-2026). The flat is well-located, comfortable, and fully furnished – perfect for a student looking for a great place to live.
The flat is a 30 second walk from Nicholson St Tesco, a 5 minute walk from Edinburgh University main campus, and has excellent access to shops, cafes, and frequent public transport links.
The room is a spacious and bright single-bed, with plenty of storage. The living room is large, with a comfortable sofa, desk, kitchen table, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished.
You'll be sharing a flat with Zoya, currently 2nd year Law undergraduate at Edinburgh University. Zoya is a friendly and tidy student that enjoys reading and cooking.
The rent is £700 a month, excluding bills.
