The flat itself is located in Newington, 20 minutes walk to Waverley/Princes St, 5 minutes from the Meadows and 12 minutes from Lidl. It is a traditional tenement with lovely high ceilings and wooden floors. There is a communal garden in the back that we are able to access. The flat has one living room/kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet.
My flatmate will be remaining in the flat and would prefer a female flatmate. Please get in touch if you are interested, we’re hosting viewings asap!
