Cosy Sociable Flat Right Next to the Meadows

Hey there :)

We are looking for one person to join us in our beautiful Newington flat as one of our flatmate is unfortunately moving out. Either the single or the double room is available, but not both.

A bit about us: We are 24, 24 and 28 years old, two Scots and one German. I am doing a PhD in wave energy, Eleanor is working in education outreach and Callum as a software engineer. We are open-minded, social people, and enjoy doing things communally such as playing games, cooking delicious (mostly vegan) food, bouldering, playing table tennis, the list goes on. We are always up for some spontaneous and silly fun but also respect everyone's personal space. All genders are welcome as long as they are mindful of gender dynamics and try not to reinforce them :)

- Close to Meadows (and outdoor table-tennis), Arthur’s Seat, and a 20 minute cycle away from the sea (downhill)

There is either the double room (£690) or a smaller single room (£638) available. Energy and wifi Bills plus council tax (Band E) add up to about £100. We have a spacious living room and a fairly large kitchen.
