Looking for a Post Graduate Student or Professional to move into this cosy, 1st-floor flat in Newington! It is available for long-term rental starting from 3rd of April 2025, with two rooms available. This is a LGBTQI+ friendly flat! 🏳️‍🌈

The flat is conveniently located off a main road with easy access to buses and nearby stores like Sainsbury's, Tesco, Starlight asian market, and a Lidl. Easy access between the main campus and kings buildings. The flat is comes furnished. Council tax band D, £30 - 60 electricity + gas (depending on the season) and £550 and £635 for rent (depending on the room you select). Our agency will ask for a guarantor.

I'm a friendly and easy-going Canadian that enjoys a chat and occasional meals together. my fellow roomie is a similarly easy-going and sociable! We appreciate tidy, but lived in shared spaces and expect the new housemate to contribute to shared cleaning tasks and maintenance checks.
