Single bedroom- city centre for JUNE/JULY

There is a single bedroom which is very spacious available in a 3 bedroom apartment. Bedding including pillows and duvet etc will be provided.
It’s in the city centre and available from start of June till july. The security deposit is fully refundable and will be collected at the beginning (this is only if you loose the keys or damage anything in the property).
WiFi and bills are included. Rent will be reduced if staying for less than a month (22 pounds a night). You can also rent it for a week or two weeks etc. kitchen comes fully equipped with all the facilities available. Washing machine is present and there is a dinning table in the kitchen. Shared bathroom.
I’m looking for anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh or is looking for an accommodation in Edinburgh during summer. Maximum stay of three months (June -August) but if someone is keen to stay in may then get in touch and we can see what we can accommodate with.
