Large Double Bedroom in Newington

Hey! We’ve got a double room available in our ground floor flat in Newington. We’re both graduate students at the Uni of Edinburgh. Ali’s doing a masters in physics and I’m (Harry) doing a PhD in philosophy on AI ethics/political philosophy. Ideally, we’re looking for another post-graduate student for council tax reasons, but if you’re a professional and happy to foot the bill yourself that’s all good.

The flat’s a three-bed with a joint living room and kitchen and lots of storage. There’s also a back garden which we have access to via the hall. Happy to answer any Qs about other details.

We’re a pretty active and social flat. We love to cook and have people round. We spend a fair amount outdoors when weather allows. I really like biking and Ali does a lot of mountaineering. We’re usually playing tunes in the evening and we have a decent HiFi (there’s even a piano if you can play!). Like going to the movies, exhibitions, and we’re privileged to have The Great Grog just around the corner, too.

We know the landlord and they're very responsive to any problems with the flat. Bills are paid through the landlord at a flat rate of £40 per month.
