Room available in 5-bed Newington flat!

One of our flatmates is moving out and we’re looking for another student to move in from early mid-late May.

The flat is a top-floor flat on East Preston St, very conveniently located next to bus stops, shops and restaurants. The flat has a bright and comfy living room, a lovely kitchen, a massive bathroom, lots of storage space, and epic landlords. Your bedroom will be up in the attic so it’s very quiet and lots of potential to make the space your own!

We’re a mix of second, third, and fourth-year computer science, economics, linguistics and art students, always down for a good yap or a board game. We have a couple musicians in residence so there’s the occasional jam session, there’s religious Formula 1 screenings every grand prix weekend, and you can always count on us for moral support during deadline season.

Pictures of the room were taken the day this was posted. Cupboard picture is from roughly when I moved in, pretty empty because I haven't needed it. If needed, the cupboard is yours to supplement the room storage.
