Looking for a flatmate - Newington

Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate to take over this double bedroom in our student flat in Newington.
Rent: 680 per month + bills
Room available from: early June
The room is equipped with a sink and a large window, with two work spaces. There is a loft bed with a lamp and sockets upstairs making it very cosy and compact.
The flat is a four-bedroom on the 4th floor of a building on East Preston Street. It's within a 10 minute walk from George Square and Lidl, with good bus connections and the Meadows as well as the Arthur's Seat round the corner. The living room is spacious and bright and we also have a kitchen with two fridges, a washing machine and two bathrooms.
A bit about us: we are 3 medical students, Heather (she/her), Rosie (she/her) and Kuba (he/him), all 22 and going into our final year after the summer holidays. We are pretty sociable, enjoy a good night out to the jazz bar as well as a cosy movie night in. We're looking for a student to join our flat for the next year and keep the good vibes going. 🥰
