Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease from 23 May 2025 to 31 July 2025. It’s a 6-person flat with 2 bathrooms and a garden in Newington with wonderful and tidy flatmates. The flat and room are fully furnished, including a queen-sized bed, all kitchen amenities, ample storage space, desks, and lots of sunlight. It’s a 5-minute walk to central campus and a 30-minute walk / 15-minute bus to King’s. There is a Sainsbury’s and 2 bus stops across the street so it’s quite convenient. Rent is £1010 excluding bills, which are around £25. Council tax is not a payable cost. I am open to negotiate on the rent!! Ideally looking for a female tenant.
