1 room in a 5 person flat in newington up for grab

Looking for a new tenant for our lovely 5 bed flat in Newington, right by the Meadows. Available in the next month. As I am moving back home and need someone to replace me
There are 4 people already in the flat. Including kiwi and Australian. 2 hospo, 1 office and a lifeguard. As well as us you'll be living with two cats Strawberry and Hippo. All four flatmates are girls and I was the designated male haha so prefer female for the flat.
Pictures of the room below, the rent is different for each room depending on sizing but mine is £670, Bills range from £30-50a month.
On top of this there is council tax, our flat is band E 1 believe.
Looking for professionals or students willing to contribute to paying council tax too.
Looking for people with the same fun vibes and can keep the place tidy as well as being friendly with animals.
We often have nights out together and kitchen chats but crash out by ourselves after work
