Lovely double room right next to the Meadows🌳🌷

I am moving out of my lovely flat at the start of June. The room is a cozy double room, comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and a disco ball 🪩 The room faces south so it gets lots of light!

The flat comprises of a kitchen/dining/ living space, and a separate pantry with cupboards and a fridge. There's two toilets and the bathroom is bright and has a shower/bath and a washing machine. Kitchen and bathroom windows open right onto the nice garden which is communal and has an outdoor drying space which is very handy.🌻

The flat is on the second floor, a 2 minute walk off the meadows. All the main bus routes are minutes away, connecting to the city centre and royal infirmary (I'm a nurse so it's been a great location for me). Bars, cafes, restaurants pubs and shops are very close too so there's plenty to explore.
The room is south facing so gets plenty of sunlight.

We are a warm and friendly flat! We all love to cook and sometimes have dinner together, but also appreciate and respect our own space. We are a laid back and friendly flat.
We're looking for a fun, warm, queer friendly person to share our home with.
Preferably no students or only work from home. (Can consider PhD students if happy to contribute to council tax)

Bills are approximately £70 ontop of rent.
Gas heaters and electric cooker.
