I’ve just moved out of my flat and am looking for someone to sublet my room as soon as possible — the lease runs until the end of August. I have permission to sublet from the landlord and can provide proof if needed.

The flat is a beautiful five-bedroom in a great location, currently shared with three friendly guys who’ve just finished their fourth year at the University of Edinburgh.

It’s a lovely place (see photos!), and while there’s only one bathroom, the large and well-equipped kitchen more than makes up for it. Additionally, the garden is huge!

Rent: £650 per month

No deposit or contract required – I’ll stay on the lease until it ends

Move-in: Anytime from now
