Room In 5 Bed In Edinburgh City Centre

i am looking to rent out my room whilst i am away abroad. lovely cosy flat in the centre of Edinburgh - perfect for the fringe during August. on a main road with plenty bus routes, close to shops and a walk away from the Meadows.
ideally looking to fill the room from the beginning of July to the end of August but open to negotiation.
there is a shared living room and kitchen. one toilet and one bathroom to share between all 5. there is a washing machine and dryer.
flat of 5 lovely female students all studying various degrees, will all be working throughout the summer. (exempt to council tax). would preferable be looking for another student or young working person(s).
