Double room available in Newington

I've just graduated and will be moving in mid-August to be closer to work. I'll be saying goodbye to my lovely flatmates, and my room will become available then.
The flat is on the 4th floor and is clean, cozy and friendly. The room is a bright and spacious furnished double room (just the desk will be leaving with me, but will be replaced by a smaller one). The window looks out onto Holyrood Park, with a lovely view of Arthur's Seat. The Meadows are also a 5 minute walk away. There are lots of bus connections, and shops, pubs, and cafes within walking distance.
You'll be moving in with Aneta, Sara and Holly, all PhD students. You'll be sharing the living area, kitchen and bathroom with them. None of us work from home. We generally socialise a bit in the shared areas in the evenings, but also have our own lives going on, with uni stuff, crafting, walking, gym, reading, going on short trips etc.

The bills average around £50 per month (they're a bit more expensive in winter and a bit less in summer). The rest of us are students, and so we're looking for a student for council tax reasons.
