Helloo !! We are three masters students at the University of Edinburgh (two studying architecture and one geo-energy aged 22-24) looking for female flatmates in our Newington flat !
Located on a quiet street 5 minutes from George Square/main library overlooking the meadows and Albys (!), the flat is very homely and quirky.
We will have two rooms available from the 1st of September for 12 months, ideally applicants will be other masters students, tidy and respectful of shared spaces and keen to socialise/cook as a flat. We also really enjoy hosting our friends for drinks as well as pubbing and the odd night out and would love if our future flatmates do too !
Rent is £710, WiFi is included and bills come to around £30 a month - there is only one bathroom but it is pink !
