Large and comfortable furnished double room available in a queer-friendly flat in Newington, just round the corner from Summerhall and The Meadows. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, edinburgh press, futon, coffee table, desk and chair, and overlooks the leafy communal garden.

There is a shared bathroom with bath and washing machine, a further single toilet, a storage/drying room, and a large kitchen/living space with fun green walls.

Current housemates are fun, creative and clean and tidy people to live with, and they're suuuper lovely! I'm sad to be leaving them so looking for wondrous beings to take over my room.

Bills come to around £80-£100. Council tax band D (sorry, no students!)

The street itself has a few pubs and restaurants and is close to all other amenities, two minute walk to buses going into the city centre or heading south.
