Room available now next to Meadows, students only

Looking for a University of Edinburgh student to take over my room, available from August 16 onward.

You'd be living with three lovely and considerate female students. The location is great as it is less than 5 minutes away from George square, and there's plenty of links to the other UoE campuses. You'd be right next to Meadows, which makes for an awesome view outside the windows.

The room itself is quite spacious, with a double bed, a nice large desk, two heaters, and a tall and deep wardrobe. The flat also has a big boxroom if you need extra storage, and your standard amenities in the kitchen (washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer) and bathroom (bath/shower).

The monthly rent is set at £530, inclusive of internet access but exclusive of electricity bills, which are around £30-50 per month based on usage.

The contract is set until the middle of July, and is very easy to extend should you need it.
