Large bright room in Newington available September

I’m moving down south for a Masters, so am looking for someone to take over my room in Newington. It’s a really big and bright third floor room with loads of storage space. The current flat is a mix of postgrad students and professionals in their mid-20s who are all very tidy and sociable. There is a shared bathroom and living room/kitchen area.

The flat is close to several shops, including a Co-op, Sainsbury’s, and a Tesco. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk from the main UoE campus and has really good bus links to the city centre.

Bills aren’t included but are usually maximum £70-75 per month including council tax - gas/electricity are pay as you go so costs are usually significantly lower in the summer months as well. Parking permits are available for ~£40 per annum.

Looking for someone to move in at the beginning of September if possible :)
