Very big room in friendly flat near the Meadows

The break down of costs per month as follows:
Deposit: £500
Rent: £625
Council Tax: £55.50 (band D)
Bills: £63.50
Wifi: £9.5
Total: £753 (excluding deposit)
I usually put aside £760 for the month just because it’s a nice round number and sometimes bills can go up or down by a few pounds.

The room is as big as the living room, so quite large. The room will be furnished with the bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk and two bedside tables. Apologies for the quality of some of the pictures, the moving process is ongoing so some pictures are from the previous ad, happy to send better (but messier) pictures if needed!

Now who you’ll be sharing this flat with. We are three girls in our 20’s, all working different shift patterns without issues. It is a social but not party house kinda flat. We have hosted Halloween parties, craft nights and movie nights.
