A bit about me:
Grew up in Edinburgh, spent 5 years in Glasgow for uni & work, and moved into this flat about 3 months ago.
Enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and camping. Always up for a pint on a Friday after work.

The other 2 guys in the flat are fairly social and are always about.

Bills & Costs

Rent: £675 a month
Council tax: £50 each per month
Wi-Fi: £9.50 each per month
Utilities: £30–50 each depending on the season (e. g. £31.60 each in July)

If you’re a student/council tax exempt, you’ll still need to contribute your share of the council tax.
