Double room available in Newington

Hi everyone!

I'm moving out of my current room in Newington to live with my partner & am looking for someone to move in 💃

The flat is located 2 minutes walk from the Meadows, with a Sainsbury's opposite and a Lidl 7 minutes walk down the road. It's in central Newington, so there's heaps of cafes, shops & bars around. I've been really happy in my time here, just because there's always been lots to do and it's a very accessible location, whether walking or through public transport.

My current flatmates (3 guys, one girl) are all 30+ young professionals who work hospitality. One person is also a PhD student at UoE. We also live with two cats, both of whom really like my room & will occasionally snuggle up at the foot of the bed.

In my radiant intelligence, I did not take a picture of the room before I started packing, so it's currently a state, with boxes everywhere but here are some pictures of the room before I moved in as well as the only picture I have of my room pre-packing.
