£645 + bills, move in before 10th November

My flatmates and I are looking for someone to join our sunny top floor flat right next to the Meadows before the 10th November, until at least next May, as our lovely flatmate unfortunately had to move home recently.

It's a furnished double room with its own cupboard with shelving on the quiet side, and we have one large bathroom and a separate toilet, and a sunny living room.

It's a cosy 4 bedroom flat and you will be living with me, Louis and Beau. Myself and Beau are doing our masters, and Louis works for an environmental charity. We would be happy to have a student or a young professional (who would split the council tax with Louis)- we are in council tax band D.

We are all outdoorsy and like running, camping and climbing, so it would be great to find someone with similar interests. We're relatively tidy and would be looking for someone with the same standards. We are often busy doing our own things, but it is generally a social flat and we like to cook communally. We also like going to pub quizzes, gigs and the Meadows when we can, so it would be lovely to find someone who would join us.
