The flat is close to Arthur's seat, Edinburgh University, loads of shops and places to eat, and is a 15 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley. There is a shared garden and on-street parking with a permit.

The flat has two bedrooms and you will be sharing with Xia, who is a masters student at Edinburgh uni. The bedroom has a double bed, a built in triple wardrobe, a bookshelf, two bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers. I am happy for you to decorate it how you want within reason. There is a shared living room with a sofa, dining table and TV.

I am currently living in the room but will be moving away for work and am looking for someone who wants to treat the flat as a proper home while I am gone. There is no letting agent so I will actually reply to your messages and get things fixed promptly.

We are looking for a postgraduate student or young professional.
