The bedroom has a double bed, a built in triple wardrobe, a bookshelf, two bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers. I am happy for you to decorate it how you want within reason. There is a shared living room with a sofa, dining table and TV.

The flat has two bedrooms and the second bedroom is currently occupied by Xia, a Masters student who will be leaving at the beginning of October. This means the second bedroom will soon be up for rent too, so would be suitable for two people looking for somewhere together or a couple who would like to rent the whole flat. If you are looking on your own then you would be able to choose your next flatmate. Professionals only, no students.

I (landlady) now live and work in England but I am very fond of the flat and would like it to be occupied by people who really love it and treat it as a home, not just somewhere to sleep.
