Cosy double bedroom in Newington

Large bedroom available from 16th of November in our flat in Newington as our flatmate will sadly be moving out. The bedroom has a large south-west facing window so is very bright and has lovely views of the Pentlands. It comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, and chair. There is 1 bathroom and a kitchen/living room, and a spacious storage cupboard in the hall. We are on the top floor so there are no noisy upstairs neighbours, and we have lovely views of Arthur's seat out of the kitchen window. Bills are not included but it's £10/month for wifi and then £30-80/month for energy depending on the time of year. You'll be sharing the flat with 3 other girls in their mid 20's; all PhD students. If you are a professional, you would have to pay for the council tax on your own (with the sole person discount). We enjoy chatting in the kitchen in the evenings and the occasional pub trip, but each have our own hobbies and busy lives. We'd love to find another friendly and tidy flatmate to join our home!
