Friendly LGBT+ home in great location

Hi! I'm Anna, and myself and lovely flatmate Bodhrán are looking for a new person to share our space with. You would be getting the nicest room in the flat with build in storage. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, and we're very considerate of each other's space. We would prefer someone respectful who isn't too much of a party animal (the wildest we get is Dungeons and Dragons!). The area is perfect for anyone working in town or in any of the uni buildings as there are excellent transport links. Newington has everything you could need: GP surgery, pharmacists, great charity and coffee shops and we are right near the meadows. The city centre is a 20 minute walk from the flat. It would be ideal for students, but please note we would prefer you to contribute towards council tax (band c) Lettings agents are lovely and the landlord has been good so far. I've stated "pets considered", as we had a recent interested person who had adult cats and references to prove they were not feral beasts! If you do have pets, the landlord would expect this and an extra £200 deposit. The room is available straight away, and we would ideally want someone to be moved in before the 10th November.
