✨🏠Room in Newington available in November!! 🌿✨

Hello! I am moving out of my flat and looking for someone to replace me. I am moving out on the 30th so looking for someone to start paying rent on the 1st of November. The first month would just be a sublet as our other flatmate is also planning to move soon (so you wouldn’t have to pay a deposit until later on). After that you could be put on the lease. We have confirmed there will be no rent increase with a change of tenancy.

All the furniture in the image is included except for the TV, the lamps, and the red rug. Sorry it’s a bit of a mess right now, I’m in the process of packing but will clean it properly before I move out!

🏠About the flat:
- Double room in a 3 bed, 1 bath flat (shower and toilet are separate)
- rent is £690, bills and wifi are about £40
- Must be willing to pay council tax (if you are a student this can be negotiated), we are band C (approx £60 per person per month)
- 2 min walk to meadows/ 10 min walk to George square
- Super close to shops

👯‍♀️About the current flatmates:
You’ll be living with two others- Nhi and Alyssa. They both work full time, Nhi in hospitality and Alyssa in retail. Alyssa is planning to move out soon, but doesn’t have a date confirmed yet as they are still looking for another flat. Both of them are great, they are clean and friendly. Nhi is very creative (all the decor is hers). We don’t do a ton together as a flat but definitely enjoy the occasional chat together in the kitchen or dinner every so often.

🫵About you:
My flatmates are looking for a relaxed and respectful person. If you have similar interests (art, sewing, cooking) I think that would be good but obviously fine if you don’t! They would prefer non-men but it’s not a hard no. Priority given to queer and bipoc :)
