Double Room in Newington – December Sublet.

Hey! I’m a final-year medic heading off for a few weeks, so my lovely double room in Newington is up for sublet from 26th November to 9th January (flexible within that window, but ideally someone who can take most of it). Anyone looking for a sublet for the month of December would be ideal.
You’d be sharing with my best friend, who’s an absolute gem and works as a bar manager — which means:
🍸 You’ll have the flat mostly to yourself (she’s out a lot)
🍻 Occasional free drinks and guaranteed good vibes when you visit her bar
The flat is quiet, clean, and friendly, perfect if you’re looking for a relaxed place to stay.
The room is fully furnished (double bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.), and I’ll have emptied most of my stuff so you’ll have plenty of space to make it your own.
Great location for walking into town, Arthur’s Seat runs, or easy bus links to uni and the hospital. Ideal for someone needing a cozy Edinburgh base over winter.
