(We have found a flatmate but keeping this up incase there is an issue with the change of tenancy)

I am looking for someone to take over my place in a 5-bedroom flat. I will be moving out by the end of November and the room will be available from December with a few days of flexibility if needed.

The flat currently has 3 other female and 1 male tenant (besides me) , who are all really nice people, very clean and organised. Most of us are recent MSc graduates or professionals. We mostly keep to ourselves but everybody is really friendly and down for a chat.

The flat has a shared dining room, kitchen, box room for storage and 1 bathroom. There is no designated bike storage but people leave their bike in the stairwell.

The flat is conveniently located directly opposite of a Sainsbury's, a 3 min walk from the Meadows, and a 15 min walking to Uni of Edinburgh main campus. It is located along a main bus route and very accessible to public transportation, pubs, restaurants, and other amenities.

The room:
6.31m x 5.50m.
Furnished (double bed, table, chair, individual couch, 2 drawer chest, mirror, wardrobe and shelving space).
Bright room with large window, with a view of Arthur's Seat.

The bills are not included in the rent, however they add up to around £45-50 including heating, electricity, and broadband.

The Council Tax band for the property is Band E, so you would be required to contribute to the council tax. This works out to just under £50 pppm.
