Two Rooms in Spacious Newington Flat Available

Myself and my partner are moving out of our flatshare, so there are two rooms in a 5-bed flat in Newington that will be available Dec 1.

The flat itself is a 5-bedroom third floor flat with a shared kitchen/living room, box room, and bathroom. It’s across the street from a Co-Op and a Sainsbury’s, and 10 minutes walking distance from Lidl and Tesco. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. Close to the uni so great for students as well, as long as they are willing to contribute to council tax. The existing flatmates are three 24-28 year old professionals and are all really lovely people and flatmates. They are social and love a chat in the kitchen or to go to the pub but are respectful of others space and need for down time. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

The first room is a large double bedroom with a fireplace, desk, and wardrobe. The rent is £620/month. Photos are from before we moved in 2 years ago. All furniture in the photos will remain.

The second bedroom is a much smaller but very cozy double bedroom with a large wardrobe. The rent is £530/month.

We’ve loved living here the last few years and are hoping to find good replacements that are tidy and respectful and will get on well with the existing flatmates in this lovely Newington flat!! xx
