Spacious Double Room in Newington

Hey all. I'm moving out and our flat needs a new flatmate ASAP!

The lease will change over on 1st December. So you would be able to move in then, or at least be on the lease from then.

The room is a great size. It has a double bed, couch, wardrobe, storage cupboard, and a side table (maybe a desk and Kallax unit too). It's currently four men and one woman. She is moving at the same time and being replaced by another woman. The staying flatmates are all working professionals.

The flat has five bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, an open hall, and a storage room that could be a shared space once the leaving flatmates stuff is cleared. We're in the centre of Newington, super convenient, just off the main road, a few minutes walk from the Meadows and ten minutes from Arthur Seat.

Rent is £585. Council tax and other bills around ~£100/month.
