Double Room in Newington

Hey all. I'm moving out and our flat needs a new flatmate!

I'm moving on 1st December. So ideally you would be able to move in then, but we may be able to work something out.

The room is a great size. It has a double bed, couch, wardrobe, storage cupboard, and a side table (maybe a desk and Kallax unit too). It's currently four men and one woman (she is moving too though). The staying flatmates are all working professionals.

The flat has five bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, an open hall, and a storage room that could be a shared space once the leaving flatmates stuff is cleared. There is also a massive garden. We're in the centre of Newington, super convenient, just off the main road, a few minutes walk from the Meadows and ten minutes from Arthur Seat.

Rent is £585. Council tax and other bills around ~£100/month.
